This site is a memorial. It does not sell anything, show ads, or follow you around the web.

What we collect

• No cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block abuse.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends them.

Tributes you send by email

When you email a tribute to tributes@carloscaban.com, it reaches Vivian Piña Duhart and the family. We publish a tribute only if you say we may, with the name and city you give us. We never publish your email address, and we never share it or use it for anything else.

If you would like a published tribute changed or removed, write to the same address and we will do it.
